About ME
My name is Dr. Christoph Ganzoni. I graduated 1988 from med school at University of Zurich Switzerland. I worked for more then 20 years as medical doctor in my own office and local hospitals in a small town south of Veracruz. 14 years ago I started to introduce chiropractic techniques into my working abilities. In 2012 I settled over to Tulum, Quintana Roo and attend my mainly chiropractic orientated office. I offer service to locals, ex-pats and vacationists as a chiropractor and medical doctor in Tulum.
SERVICES
I offer my service as chiropractor at my office in Tulum.
I offer also medical service for all general health conditions and tropical diseases at my office.
I do house calls as an MD ore a chiropractor down town Tulum, but not in the hotel zone. I prefer to see you at my office.
NEW: I do virtual medical consultations on Whatsapp ore Skype (video calls). You will get a written resume by chat and a prescription in pdf formate. In case you will get prescribed an antibiotic, you will
have to print it out in order to get it filled at a farmacy. Payment only PayPal.
You need a apointment to come to see me.
Office hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 11am - 2 pm
Wednesday and Friday: 3 pm to 6 pm.
I speak Spanish, English, German, and some French.
Fees: 700 pesos ore 50 USD for a regular office call during office hours (max. 30 minutes). House, out-of-office hour, and
emergency calls acording to location and/ore time.
I take cash, mayor bank cards (+5%) and PayPal (+6%).
Where TO FIND ME?
My office is on the north side of Tulum, in Calle Alfa Norte. As the Alfa Norte road is one way, you have to arrive form the north (Calle O'Okot). My office is located on ground floor in the white building with blue windows. There is no signe on the house.

If you don't have a vehicle, ask a cab driver to bring you to my office. Tell him to bring you to Clínica Marantha, whis is pretty know. I am located on Alfa Norte in the building next to it.
Please come on time to your apointment, as my schedule is well organized. You can pass the front gate and wait for your turn in the waiting area, open wifi is available. I will ask you in for your apointment on time.

CANCELATION POLICY
I consider my time as valuable as the time of my clients. I prepare in advance to offer the best possible service, therefore, I ask clients to remember their commitment and to be on time for their appointment. Any consultation canceled less than 6 hours prior to the appointment, generates the full fee. A home consultation requires a cancellation time of at least 12 hours prior to the appointment.
